Product terms

These terms apply when you buy or use a Started. Now What? digital product, including Solo Business Money Map. By using a paid product, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy and refund policies.

One-time purchase

Solo Business Money Map is sold for one one-time price, not a subscription. One purchase is for one person using the product for one business. It does not include resale, shared credentials, client workspaces, or access for a team.

“One-time” describes the billing model. It does not promise perpetual hosting, every future feature, unlimited upgrades, or permanent personal support. Access continues while the product is operated, subject to these terms, reasonable maintenance, security changes, and events outside our control.

Permitted use

You may use the product to create, save, print, and export planning information for your own business. You may not resell it, copy substantial parts for another service, bypass access controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, interfere with other customers, or use it unlawfully.

You are responsible for keeping access links and credentials private, for the devices and browser profiles where local data is stored, and for maintaining any exports or backups you need.

Planning tool—not professional advice

Solo Business Money Map performs calculations from information and assumptions you enter. Results are educational planning estimates. They are not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, investment, lending, payroll, or financial advice, and they do not guarantee that an owner-pay transfer is safe.

The product does not know about an obligation you omit. You are responsible for checking input accuracy, business and personal cash needs, contracts, debt, payroll, taxes, regulated activity, inventory, refunds, chargebacks, and professional guidance that applies to your situation.

Owner-pay result: “Maximum potentially available” means the calculated ceiling remaining after the entered obligations and confirmed assumptions. It is not a recommendation to transfer that amount.

Availability and changes

We may repair, secure, update, replace, pause, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve paid access and provide advance notice of a material discontinuation when practical. Service can be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

We may suspend access during a formal payment dispute, security investigation, or misuse review. A full refund permanently ends the refunded purchase entitlement. See the current refund policy.

Support

Support covers purchase access, account recovery, backups, deletion, and operation of product controls. It does not include choosing tax rates, categorizing a customer’s books, reviewing business records, or individualized professional advice. The response target is two business days; it is a target, not a guaranteed service level.

Email [email protected] from the purchase email when the request concerns paid access.

Responsibility and limits

Use the product only after checking whether it fits your business. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the product is provided without a promise that it will fit every circumstance or prevent loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. These terms may be updated for security, product, provider, or legal changes; the current effective date will appear at the top.
